出身淡水球場的蔡啟煌，曾於2002年奪下三商杯冠軍，那時成為國內第三位完成大滿貫的選手，分別為台灣公開賽、台灣名人賽與台灣PGA錦標賽冠軍的好手，卻因台灣高球景氣低迷，一度淡出球場赴中國擔任球場教練，2010年才返台參加台灣職業高爾夫巡迴賽。然於2012年再度奪得三商杯的冠軍，這是他繼2002年首度封王後，第二度摘冠。

蔡啟煌 came from Tamsui golf course.He won the Mercuries Taiwan Masters in 2002 when he was the third player to finish the Grand Slam.Because of the increase of golf players in Taiwan, he Faded out and went to China be a golf coach until 2010.He came back to Taiwan to participate in Taiwan's professional golf tournament. He won the Mercuries Taiwan Masters again in 2012.
